Yummy P B & J with fresh red grapes, this smoothie is a super sweet treat!
P B & J Red Grape Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a powerful blender, combine ingredients, adding the ice first, and blend until smooth. Add more cold water if necessary to reach desired consistency. Serve immediately.
