Mike’s Firehouse Cheese Curds are fresh and springy cheese with blended peppers and herbs will spice-up your tomato kabobs, savory poutine, or broccoli salad.  Great with fruity white wines and perfection with a hoppy IPA.

Curds are what cheddar is before being formed into blocks and aged. Cheddar cheese is typically aged from 60 days to 4 years before being sold, whereas cheese curds are eaten straight away.

These curds are delicious, organic, and a creamy cheese made from grass-fed cows in Petaluma, CA.
