You’ll love the variety of locally grown San Diego vegetables in your veggie box each week!  So easy, and so yummy, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without your vegetable delivery box.  We pack an assortment of seasonal veggies in each box every week, the freshest from our farms.  Choose how often you’d like to get your box & get your first box in a week or less.  Click here to see what’s in this week’s box.

You can choose to get either a small or medium farm box:

  • Small box contains 8 items – good for 1 to 2 people
  • Medium box contains 11 items – good for 2 to 4 people

Tip: An “item” is either a pound or a bunch of something.  For example, a bunch of carrots or a pound of potatoes.

Description

Every week, we design our veggie box by selecting a well balanced assortment of the best veggies in season from each of the local San Diego family farms we work with.  They carefully harvest and deliver, then we get to work packing them up for you.  We only source either certified organic or naturally grown produce without chemical pesticides.  Some of the farms we buy from are Gaytan Farms, Stehly Organics Farm, Sage Mountain, Dassi Family Farm, Bewise Ranch and Sundial.

In each box, we put in a rainbow of seasonal veggies, consisting of  dark and leafy greens, beans and/or peas, starchy vegetables, red and orange vegetables, and root veggies.

We’ll also include recipes and healthy tips each week in your box to help you get the most out of it.  Thank you for supporting local farms!

We deliver to workplaces!  If you don’t want your veggies sitting outside while you are at work, we can deliver the box to your work so you can take it home at the end of the day.  Make your life easier and get your organic veggie box delivered to home or work, so you can skip the grocery store & just enjoy the goodness of San Diego veggies.

Wow! I was impressed by the cornucopia of fresh, delicious items, packaged so artfully. And the small box of veggies is perfect for two of us. We received tomatoes, carrots with the tops, avocados, cucs, golden potatoes, lettuce, asparagus, and snap peas. During one special dinner, we used some or all of certain ingredients. We made an appetizer of diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, herbs, olive oil and red-wine vinegar. That was followed by dinner of roasted asparagus, roasted gold potatoes, and grilled lamb. All in all, I’d say we are very happy with the freshness and choice that we received. And if we’d gone to the farmers market, we would have spent the same amount of money for what we received from Daily Harvest Express. We are very happy customers.
