This garlic olive oil actually gives off the flavor of slow-roasted garlic. The garlic sensation is strongly evident but by no means overpowering.
Notes: An excellent all-around choice for cooking. Use it on salads, for dipping, and wherever a clean, light garlic flavor accompanying mild oil is desired. Great to mix in with pasta or mashed potatoes, to drizzle on steaks before grilling, or to just dip bread into.
