Mike’s Garlic Cheese Curds are fresh and springy!  Superb with Italian sausage in stuffed bell peppers, melted in crispy hash browns, even grated on pizza.  

Curds are what cheddar is before being formed into blocks and aged. Cheddar cheese is typically aged from 60 days to 4 years before being sold, whereas cheese curds are eaten straight away.

These curds are delicious, organic, and a creamy cheese made from grass-fed cows in Petaluma, CA.
