Inspired by the explosive flavors he discovered traveling through Mexico and Asia, Matt created this Green Chile Garlic Sauce to make the flavors of his quality meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables pop. Produced with a bold, fresh palate in mind, this sauce is a must have in coastal San Diego.
